C. P. CAVAFY IN TOKYO   animated project

On Sunday, December 8th, 2013 at 18:00 in the exhibition will be held an open event with the writer-translator Panagiotis Evangelides sharing his experiences from the Land of the Rising Sun.

Panayotis Evangelidis was born in Athens. He finished Law University and continued his studies in Philosophy of the Law in Paris. He is a writer, translator of literature, screen writer and film director.
He has published 3 novels and written 2 theater plays.
He translates form English, Japanese, French and Spanish.
He has made the documentary films: Chip and Ovi, The Life and Death of Celso Junior, They Glow in the Dark and also Diptych, Summer Romance and Afternoon Siesta.
He is the co-screen writer of the films Real Life, Strella and Xenia of the director Panos Koutras.
He lives and works in Athens.
